I lived with my husband and three boys in Cortina d’Ampezzo, a most beautiful town in the north of Italy, for two seasons.  That’s how we measure our years, in hockey seasons, because my husband is a professional coach.  Yes, there is hockey in Italy, in the north where there are mountains and winter sport.  I carried my camera around, taking photos to capture the beauty of the town, people, nature and our own family adventures so that our friends and family at home in Canada could share some pieces of our everyday life in this extraordinary piece of paradise.

While we’ve moved on to further adventures, I’m currently working on a book to capture this magical time of our life and adding to the blog along the way.
