we bought the kids a treehouse

with a house in the front for me:)

a renovation project?  yes please!  four bedrooms?  indeed.  a block from a great school and a huge yard in a good neighbourhood?  check, check, check:)  i may be the only one who likes the retro kitchen (ok, love) but i’m willing to let it go if i can convince the kids to paint over the wildlife.  now we just have to renovate in a month, find a renter for the winter, spend 8 months in Italy and move in when we get back.  adding adventure to our life… apparently there’s always room for a little more excitement;)
